Alejandro Garnacho became the youngest Manchester United player ever to assist twice in a game aged 18 years, 4 months and 9 days.
The young forward achieved this remarkable feat against Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup — after coming off the bench in the second half.

Garnachos’ movement, pace and vision caused Villa problems in the 4-2 victory.
After Marcus Rashford’s equaliser, his first of two assists came as he set up Bruno Fernandes to put United 3-2 in front. Garnacho then sealed the win with a beautiful delivery into the box for Scott McTominay to complete United’s goalscoring.
It was an outstanding performance from Garnacho and fans are starting to see that the sky is the limit for him as a player, so Erik ten Hag and his coaches know that they’ve got a phenomenal talent on their hands.
Garnacho looks to be the next young talent to emerge at United and we are excited to see him in action again.
