(Video) Ronaldo ignores Neville before Manchester United take on West Ham

Cristiano Ronaldo appeared to purposely ignore Gary Neville before Manchester United’s Premier League clash against West Ham.

The Manchester United forward came out from the tunnel to warm-up after being named in the starting eleven to face David Moyes’ side.

Ronaldo ran straight over to Louis Saha, who is working for Sky alongside Jamie Redknapp and Neville, but he completely ignored the former right-back and club captain in the process.

Neville joked afterwards that he wouldn’t be getting a Christmas card from Ronaldo this year.

What has Neville done wrong?

Nothing. He rightly criticised Ronaldo for his behaviour before crediting the Portuguese star for sorting his issue with manager Erik ten Hag. The analysis from Neville on Ronaldo has been fair and balanced from the beginning.

Ronaldo, however, doesn’t want balance. He wants mindless support.

Very childish from our number 7. He knew the cameras were on him, too.
