Manchester United’s Amad Diallo is finally off the mark at Sunderland.
The Ivorian winger scored the opening goal as Sunderland took on Vincent Kompany’s Burnley side at the weekend.
It was a relatively easy finish, but Amad did the hard work by finding space inside the box, so that his effort on goal would go uninterrupted. He took it first time and gave the goalkeeper no chance to react.
The 20-year-old has endured a slow start to life in the Championship – making just two starts for Sunderland since the start of the season. Now he seems to be finding his feet.
While Sunderland went on to double their lead, Burnley came from behind at the Stadium of Light to win the match 4-2.
