Manchester United will be attempting to start another winning streak next weekend as they welcome Newcastle United to Old Trafford, having returned to winning ways by beating Everton last Sunday.
Erik ten Hag’s men came from behind to win at Goodison Park and have now won five out of their last six league games, with the only defeat coming in the Manchester derby.
United have won two out of three games at Old Trafford in the Premier League this season and speaking ahead of this Sunday’s meetings between the two sides, Newcastle star Dan Burn has insisted they do not fear the prospect of facing the Reds.
“Yeah, I think you enjoy going to Old Trafford anyway,” Burn told talkSPORT, via GeordieBootBoys. “It’s one of those grounds where you love to play at.

“But this season I don’t think we fear anyone. We’ve went toe-to-toe with the best teams in Man City and Liverpool, and it’ll be the same with Man United.”

It’s safe to say that proceedings will not be as comfortable as they were the last time these two teams faced at Old Trafford. That day, Cristiano Ronaldo was making his second debut and it was written in the stars that he would score at least once. He scored twice.
Since then, there’s been a change in ownership at Newcastle and Eddie Howe replaced Steve Bruce at the helm, sparking a remarkable climb up the Premier League table.
There’s a feel-good factor at United right now and they will be looking to extend that by beating Newcastle but it will not be easy, that’s for sure.
