Bakery chain Greggs has devised a Twitter thread comparing Premier League footballers to some of its products.
Among the players referenced by Greggs is Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, and it’s not very complimentary…
In their Twitter thread of the Greggs menu as Premier League players, Fernandes wasn’t the only Manchester United star to make the list: “Festive bake 🤝 Bruno Fernandes. Sensational for a few weeks but then disappears.”

We highly doubt Bruno Fernandes will be approving this message as it’s harsh and exactly what you’ve expect from a cheap food franchise.
The other player to attract attention from Greggs was new signing Lisandro Martinez, although the summary was less harsh for the Argentine.
