(Video) Scott McTominay highlights as Scotland beat Ireland 2-1

Scott McTominay was a key performer again for Scotland last night.

The Scots beat Republic of Ireland 2-1 in the Nations League and McTominay was credited with another strong display.

McTominay’s header in the second half was blocked by Alan Browne’s hand which led to a penalty for the hosts, and they took advantage of the situation to win the match.

The only bad news for Scotland (good news for United!) is that McTominay has been ruled out for their Nations League crunch tie against Ukraine after picking up a second booking of the campaign against Ireland.
