Jackie Groenen has left Manchester United for Paris Saint-Germain Feminines.
The Dutch midfielder joined Manchester United in 2019 and made her debut in the Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium before going on to make a further 59 appearances for the club.
Speaking ahead of her departure, Groenen told club media (via ManUtd.com): “I’ve had such a great time representing this wonderful football club.
“I’d like to thank the Manchester United staff, players, and fans for believing in me, and I will definitely follow the club’s achievements with great interest.”
The Netherlands international has attracted lots of interest this summer because her contract was due to expire in 2023, however, the 27-year-old has now signed for PSG.
BBC Sport claim Groenen met PSG representatives in France this week to discuss a deal.
We would all like to wish Jackie the best of luck in Paris.
