Cristiano Ronaldo has endured a tough start to the season with Manchester United and his misery was compounded earlier this week when Erik ten Hag demoted him to the bench for the game against Liverpool.
Despite his exclusion from the team, much of the build-up to the game centred around the Portuguese international and he even made sure to register some screentime on Sky Sports’ coverage of the game.
The broadcaster did, however, not capture a moment from the warm-up as Donny van de Beek showcased his skills and Ronaldo was left far from impressed, chuckling as the pair reunited.
A video has surfaced of Ronaldo chuckling at Van de Beek attempting to do step-overs while warming up against Liverpool 🤣

The hilarious moment was captured by a supporter from the stands in a series of viral clips of the 37-year-old preparing for the game.
Ronaldo was a second-half substitute as Ten Hag made tactical changes to see the game out against United’s bitter rivals.
