Eric Bailly could leave Manchester United this summer.
It is no secret that the Ivorian is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.
As things stand, Bailly, who is box office at times, has interest from Ligue 1 outfit Marseille.
The Manchester Evening News claims the Ligue 1 side has opened talks for Bailly.
There’s really no point in him sticking around since he is behind a range of defenders in the pecking order and 28-year-old professional footballers should be playing regular football.
Bailly is currently fifth-choice centre-back at United following the signing of Lisandro Martinez. There’s surely no way back into the team for him at this stage?

He wasn’t rewarded with a new contract, it was Woodward thinking he was protecting United’s assets. Instead he stalled Baily’s career and kept a disheartened player at the club. For too long players where lied to by both Club and Managers when they should have been moved on and replaced. I hope he makes the move permanent and he has a good career
I rate him higher than Lindelöf, and his speed and mobility are better than Maguire.
Even though Maguire is club captain, I would lose him or Lindelöf before selling Bailly.
Bailly is way better than Maguire and Lindelof but because of racism he’s last in the pecking order.. Shame
Keep him and sell maguire even at half of what we bought him.
For now he is one of the best we have the club should work on selling others like phil jons , harry and not eric
Baily is more polished player than Maguire and Lindelof. Quick to the game , fast and more calculative to opposing attackers. He is better than a lot in United back.
Instead of eric bally maguir, jones & dalot should be sold out.
Sorry Bailey is just to inconsistent to play, when he’s bad he’s diabolical which is about 1 game in 4
