Manchester United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri is hot property this summer and after taking part in this summer’s pre-season tour, four Championship clubs have registered interest in signing him on loan, according to reports.
The 19-year-old has impressed for the academy teams since joining the club in 2019 and after a couple of performances for the senior side, clubs are now lining up for his signature.
That’s according to Sky Sports, who say that Birmingham, West Brom, Middlesbrough and Millwall are all interested in the Tunisia international.
There’s also interest from abroad, with Portuguese club Braga and two unnamed Spanish clubs said to be targetting the exciting midfielder as well.

A decision on his future has yet to be made, however, with the final verdict believed to come next week as Ten Hag continues to assess his options ahead of a long season.
Furthermore, the report claims that United are happy with Mejbri’s efforts over pre-season and see him as a ‘bright prospect’ for the future, with regular football viewed as beneficial for his development.
SN’s verdict…
Mejbri has been tipped for a great future ever since he made the move from Monaco and at 19, he’s reaching the age where academy football could do more harm than good.
He’s already had his first taste of senior football after starting the final league game of last season and he’s a regular for the Tunisian national team.
A loan would suit all parties and the Championship is great for developing young players. He doesn’t mind the robustness of English football either, as we have learned by his cameos.
