(Video) Jadon Sancho goal vs Crystal Palace shows United attack can become lethal under Ten Hag

Jadon Sancho gets in on the act as Manchester United’s third goal against Crystal Palace shows how lethal Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Jadon Sancho can be as a trio under Erik ten Hag.

The winger has been excellent on tour this summer – playing a key role in all three games thus far – and he deserved to mark his performance today with a goal against Crystal Palace.

Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford had already got their name on the scoresheet before Palace started throwing in the towel as well as some ridiculous tackles on Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek.

Sancho then completed the goalscoring spree for our attacking trio after some shoddy defending from Patrick Vieira’s side.

The goal came from quick transitional play and all of our front front three were involved. Sancho had enough pace to break forward and give United a three-goal lead.

Both Rashford and Martial were involved in the build up play.

The players will know that they’re facing nothing today, as Palace only have 10 senior players available in Melbourne, but it’s important that a lot of our players can return from the pre-season tour with a confidence boost.

Martial and Rashford need that and I’m sure their goals on tour will help.

Palace just pulled one back but there is only 15 minutes left on the clock in Melbourne.
