Manchester United’s new Adidas home kit for the 2022/23 campaign has been leaked.
This can be an exciting time of the year for the younger football fan – and I certainly miss the days when a new football shirt meant a little more to me.
At least this one appears to have a retro feel to it, which was telling in prior leaks, but we have yet to see any of the United players wearing it.
The latest photos show a more detailed glimpse of the shirt.
This comes courtesy of Footy Headlines, who claim the stripes are different on the replica and authentic versions.
It is noted that the pinstripes on the authentic shirt are made with small “three stripes” within the fabric, but that seems like gobbledygook to an ordinary football fan who just wants to wear their team’s colours.
The design shows a combination of a dark red main colour with a white Adidas logo and black three stripes.
