Adam McKola provided the latest news-round for Stretford Paddock this morning.

The biggest headlines come from John Murtough’s recent quotes about Manchester United’s search for a new manager, as well as our U19s crashing out of the UEFA Youth League after losing on penalties against Borussia Dortmund.

McKola reflects on the game and asks whether we will see Charlie McNeill get a chance in the first team, especially with the first team currently lacking in strikers? Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t have any competition in the squad, so we could see McNeill get some game time in the first team before the season ends.

Murtough also provided an update on United’s search for a new manager but McKola questions some of the comments made.

We also have some figures from the latest quarterly meeting – such as revenue and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s compensation package.
