(Photo) Manchester United 2022/23 hi-vis shirt reportedly leaked online

A mock-up of Manchester United’s third jersey for the 2022/23 season has been revealed in a leak.

The shirt in question features a chevron zig-zag design and Footy Headlines, the best when it comes to news on football kits, have created a mock-up of how it could look.

It looks like Adidas are going down the hi-vis route with a yellow base colour and a touch of navy in areas.

This would be the club’s first hi-vis yellow shirt for outfield players, as David de Gea wore a couple of kits with crazy colours down the years. Maybe the players will do less hiding in this kit because it will be so easy to spot them all out on the pitch.

Moreover, United did wear yellow in the 1970s as an alternative colour but it wasn’t hi-vis.

The kit will be officially launched in August and the design we see above could be updated during that period.

Stay tuned for more updates.
