Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has shared a clip of himself on social media taking part in an icy recovery session in Dubai during his recent break away with family.
The Portuguese star strips down to recover from a session in Dubai just days before his 37th birthday, and he couldn’t be in better shape!
It tells that Ronaldo continues to train even when he’s away on holiday with his family.
Ronaldo uploaded the following clip to Instagram after jumping into a ‘recovery’ session in a cryotherapy room, which could be the secret to the footballer’s longevity.
He’s seen wearing a facemask, gloves and a headband as he entered the pod.
