(Video) “Don’t be silly” – Jude Bellingham downplays Manchester United links

Jude Bellingham told a young fan not to be ‘silly’ when asked if he was going to sign for the Red Devils.

Borussia Dortmund players were handed a two-week break so Bellingham returned to his homeland of England, where he was greeted by a fan working as a steward – but also trying to record some material for TikTok.

Bellingham took some time to watch his younger brother, Jobe, in action for Birmingham City’s U23 as they took on Fulham.

The England star was approached by a young steward at the match and asked ‘So, are you going to sign for Man U then?’ — before the starlet replied ‘don’t be silly’.

Bellingham is one of the most promising midfielders in Europe and he is one of the club’s reported targets, though it’s unlikely that he will leave Dortmund this summer with this summer being the market for Erling Haaland to depart.

But, you would expect United to be ready to pounce whenever Bellingham decides to move on from the Bundesliga. You just know he will be linked with every top club in the Premier League in two-years time.

Sign him up, Ralf (I don’t care about sounding silly, Jude)!
