It’s sad to see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer leaving Carrington for the last time after being sacked as Manchester United manager.
Nobody wanted it to end this way as we were all desperate to see Solskjaer succeed.
The Norwegian brought us a long way after Jose Mourinho, although he has no trophies to show for it, but the next manager will have a far superior squad to work from the start. That is why I don’t think our season is dead and buried just yet.
Anyhow, the final nail has been driven into Solskjaer’s coffin as United manager, as he drives away from Carrington with a lot of free time on his hands.

Solskjaer was also pictured hugging a fan outside the training ground. He is believed to have told fellow supporters: “It’s been an honour to work with Man United.”

The announcement came this morning at 10:30 – that Solskjaer had been sacked.
United’s board called an emergency meeting at 7pm last night following the 4-1 defeat against Watford.
It was then they decided to call the axe on Solskjaer after a terrible start to the season.
