Ajax manager Erik ten Hag is being strongly linked with the vacant position at Manchester United, following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s sacking on Sunday morning.
Having soldiered on with Solskjaer the board came to their senses on Saturday night after United suffered another heavy defeat – this time against Watford in the Premier League, losing 4-1 with another shoddy performance.
It proved to be the final straw for the Norwegian and now the club must find his successor.
According to Sky Sports News reporter Dharmesh Sheth, Ajax manager Erik ten Hag would “100% be interested” in the United job in the summer.
Ajax boss Erik Ten Hag would "100% be interested" in Manchester United job in the summer. Ajax unlikely to entertain allowing him to leave mid-season. Ten Hag's contract is up in 2023. #MUFC #TenHag

The problem now is that Ajax are unlikely to entertain allowing him to leave mid-season, however, his contract expires in 2023.
Ajax are currently three points off the top, with a game in hand over PSV, and Ten Hag has already led them to two titles.
This could be a blessing in disguise for Donny van de Beek, who’s future at Old Trafford looked bleak right up until now, but he will surely get a chance with the new manager is confirmed.
A good fit for Utd.Either him or Poch.any other option then it’s the same old story yet again.
Erik ten Hag is the 100% right choice for Manchester United. None of the other candidates except maybe Zidane have won anything. And I doubt he is the right choice.
