Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has compounded Donny van de Beek’s misery at Manchester United even more as the 24-year-old midfielder is named on the bench once again against Watford.

Solskjaer revealed his starting line-up for United’s game against Watford an hour before kick-off and supporters were shocked to learn that Van de Beek had been dropped once again.

Van de Beek has endured a torrid 18 months since signing for Manchester United from Ajax and that isn’t about to change anytime soon.

If not against Watford, when will Van de Beek be given his chance to impress? He started just four league games in his debut season, with two of them coming towards the end when second place was already secured.
