A video has emerged online of Patrice Evra signing his new autobiography for former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The book, which is titled ‘I Love This Game’, reveals the extraordinary story behind Evra’s rise to the top of world football. It was at United, between 2006 and 2014, that he played his best football after being signed by Ferguson.
He won five Premier League titles and the Champions League in 2008 all while the Frenchman immersed himself in the history of the club and became a hero.
I genuinely smiled from the first second of the video to the last as it shows them both chatting with the utmost respect for one another.

In typical Fergie fashion, the Scot took a swipe at Evra’s handwriting after he wrote a lovely message for the boss.
“I never scared of you I was scared to disappoint you boss.”

Ferguson was thrilled with his copy of the book and even congratulated Evra before going completely off topic and back to business by double checking if his ex-player knew how many caps he earned for France.
