Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has fought Paul Pogba’s corner as the Manchester United manager fires back at fake reports about the 28-year-old midfielder following last week’s defeat to Liverpool.
A stray report from one British publication claimed the Frenchman was fed up with his manager and that their relationship had reached the breaking point. The allegations were quickly shut down by Pogba, who took to social media to vent his frustrations over the fake reports.
Solskjaer has now given his take on the matter, insisting fake reporting is unacceptable, as seen below.
🗣️ "We can't accept when lies are being made up."

Pogba was sent off just 15 minutes after being introduced as a substitute against Liverpool, which has caused quite the stir on social media and among pundits.
Criticism is acceptable but fake reporting to suit a narrative or agenda is not.
