PSG will offer Paul Pogba €28m p/y salary to lure star away from Old Trafford

It wouldn’t be an international break without some Paul Pogba transfer gossip.

Today a report from Le 10 Sport suggests Paris Saint-Germain are willing to spend big to lure the Manchester United man to Paris at the end of his contract, which expires at the end of the current season.

It is understood PSG will offer Pogba €28m-a-year, or €600,000-a-week, to return to France next summer.

That’s a sign that Parisians could look to use their financial muscle to tempt the Frenchman, even though the player would prefer a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid, according to a previous report in The Independent by Miguel Delaney.

Persuading Pogba to stay early doors would be a huge signal of intent, but United have not been able to make that happen yet and you get the sense the player will want out at the end of the season.

Ultimately, the player holds the advantage and United are being made wait patiently. As patient as you can be when there’s a player worth approximately £90m edging his way out on a Bosman.
