(Video) Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hints at introducing young attacker vs. West Ham

Speaking ahead of his side’s third-round Carabao Cup tie against West Ham United on Wednesday night, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted that wide attacker Anthony Elanga could be called into action.

The Red Devils are set to host David Moyes Hammers, who will undoubtedly be looking for redemption following their 2-1 domestic defeat last weekend, thanks to a very late Jesse Lingard winner.

However, now with last weekend’s Premier League match well behind them, both sides’ focus will now firmly be on claiming cup glory.

Speaking ahead of the game, which has seen Elanga named among the substitutes, when asked about the youngster’s inclusion, Solskjaer said: “Of course, Anthony, he’s going to have a very good future and a very good career with us, we think.

“So hopefully we can put him on.”
