West Ham United manager David Moyes has given a superbly honest and somewhat surprising reaction to Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard’s stunning winner during Sunday afternoon’s Premier League match.
Having led the game early on, the Hammers were pegged back after Cristiano Ronaldo tapped in a first-half equaliser.
Despite the game looking all but set to finish all square at one-a-piece, former West Ham loanee Lingard popped up with an absolutely superb late winner.

Reacting to his former player’s incredible curled effort, which went on to be the game’s winning goal, Moyes hailed the Englishman and even labeled his strike as a ‘worldie’.
