Roy Keane gave a hilarious response to an Arsenal fan this weekend whilst working as a pundit at the big game of the weekend. Arsenal took on Chelsea at Emirates Stadium and with the return of fans, friendly banter with some of the popular names on TV is back as well.
Keane and Patrick Vieira have a rich history, with the pair embroiled in one of the most iconic tunnel confrontations in Premier League history – a now-infamous incident, 16 years later.
Manchester United and Arsenal were getting ready to face off at Highbury in February 2005 when Vieira sought out Gary Neville but the Frenchman was swiftly met by confrontation from captain Roy Keane.

Now, the former Ireland international has poked fun at Vieira, who is now in charge of Crystal Palace, by searching his pockets when asked where he was by a curious Arsenal fan, as seen above.
It’s light-hearted banter but with the two midfield generals’ history in consideration, it’s one Keane will be particularly proud of.
