Manchester United will only allow Andreas Pereira to leave this summer if a team offers £20 million for him, according to a report.
The report suggests Lazio made an offer to sign Pereira on another 1-year loan spell, but the Premier League giants want £20m up front to complete a permanent deal.
It seems plausible because United should be trying to get players like Pereira off their wage books, and it would be best for all parties involved to move on.

Pereira is not going to get the game time he needs or wants at United and that is not going to change anytime soon, especially with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer dipping into the transfer market to bolster his squad.
A centre-back midfield addition would be the icing on the cake this summer after already signing Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane.
