Friday morning sees The Sun report that Manchester United are interested in signing Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
We first reported that the Red Devils like the English striker in early April and now these reports have been further backed up.
It has been noted that despite finally reaching an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for winger Jadon Sancho, United still want to add another attacker to their ranks.
The Sun has reported that one of those attackers being targetted by the Red Devils’ hierarchy is Everton’s Calvert-Lewin.
It has been claimed that following the shock departure of Carlo Ancelotti, in addition to Calvert-Lewin, the Toffees are now running the risk of losing three of their star forwards, including Richarlison and James Rodriguez.
Stretty News understands that United are big admirers of the Everton striker but despite their eagerness to bring him to Old Trafford, Everton are currently demanding around £80m for the forward’s services.
