Man United considering letting talented attacker leave on loan

According to recent reports, Manchester United’s recruitment team is considering the possibility of allowing young attacker Amad to spend next season out on loan.

That’s according to reporter Laurie Whitwell, who works for The Athletic.

Although Whitwell has acknowledged that the club has not yet made a definite decision regarding the youngster’s immediate future, a loan does seem to be the most likely outcome.

United recently announced that they have reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund for wide-man Jadon Sancho.

Elsewhere, the club confirmed on Friday that they have successfully extended midfielder Juan Mata’s contract.

In addition to Sancho and Mata, the Red Devils also have Mason Greenwood among their ranks – a versatile attacker who can play as either a striker or a wide-attacker.

In an attempt not to see Amad’s development stagnate, the club is weighing up whether or not to let the Ivorian spend next season away on loan.

Whitwell has confirmed that several clubs have already expressed an interest – although those clubs have not yet been named.
