According to recent reports, Manchester United are currently working to put together an improved offer to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

That’s according to The Times, who claims the Red Devils’ hierarchy are planning to submit an offer that they feel will be more suitable for Borussia Dortmund.

United famously missed out on landing on Sancho last season, however, after being Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s number one transfer target for the best part of two years, it was always expected the Norweigan would revisit the possibility of signing the Englishman this summer.

The Red Devils saw a whopping £91.3m bid (Sky Sports) rejected last summer and in an attempt to prevent the same thing from happening this time around, it’s expected the club will submit a more appealing offer.

United have also been offered another boost in their pursuit of Sancho after it has been noted the winger has a ‘gentlemen’s agreement’ in place to leave the Black and Yellows.

Since arriving at Dortmund from Manchester City four years ago, Sancho has gone on to rack up a whopping 114 direct goal contributions in 137 appearances, in all competitions.
