It is widely accepted that Juventus would welcome Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba back to Turin with open arms. However, given the post-COVID era, we now live in, with finances in more than a precarious position, finding the funds necessary to re-sign the French World Cup winner is not possible.

Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, club’s books have been decimated all across Europe and Juventus are no exception.

Reportedly keen to resign Pogba, five years after letting him join Manchester United, the ‘Old Lady’ now appear limited to offering players in exchange.

According to a recent report from Italian outlet Tuttosport, the Turin side is willing to offer midfielder Paulo Dybala or Cristiano Ronaldo in exchange for Pogba.

Currently away on international duty representing his country in this summer’s European Championship, Pogba, who is out of contract next season, continues to see his long-term future speculated.

Pogba and France are set to be in action on Tuesday when they take on Germany in the Euros’ Group F.
