David Beckham in Friends? You better believe it.
The original series of Friends ran from 1994 to 2004, with 236 episodes aired across 10 entertaining seasons.
All six cast of the original cast members appear in a new trailer for the upcoming reunion special. It will come in the shape of an eclectic mix of celebrities including former Manchester United star David Beckham, Lady Gaga, James Corden, Justin Bieber and Cindy Crawford.
On Thursday, we got a peep of the first trailer for the forthcoming episode after a 17-year wait for Friends fans (I know, I’m in love with one).

The Friends reunion will be available to stream on HBO Max in the US from 27 May (nothing confirmed for fans in the UK and Ireland but everyone here loves the internet and helpful VPN services).
Beckham is believed to be working hard on his MLS franchise Inter Miami, with Phil Neville recently appointed as head coach after leaving his role in charge of the Lionesses.
I also went digging further, not just for those of you who enjoy binge-watching Friends but because I didn’t want to believe this was just a PR exercise to help Beckham promote Inter Miami and Neville’s take on tiki-taka. It actually turns out Beckham is a genuine fan of the show, and he has the t-shirt to prove.
The former England captain shared a picture on Instagram at the beginning of lockdown of himself and wife Victoria Beckham taking a stroll. Beck’s tee features Joey and Chandler in a scene from one of the many iconic Friends episodes – decent merch!

David Beckham. The actor?
Becks is more than familiar to the big screen. He’s done more adverts than I’ve had hot dinners.
Does anyone remember The Real Beckhams in 2003?
He’s also appeared on Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood, Sesame Street and Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen.
The highlight of all, however, has to be this piece of art with Corden.
