Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has included Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani in his Manchester United starting lineup to face Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon.

United will be keen to avenge the humiliating 6-1 defeat inflicted on them by Jose Mourinho’s side in October and would close the gap on runaway leaders Manchester City to 11 points with victory.

The Reds could also make another huge step in securing Champions League football for next season with three points in North London.

Solskjaer has made one change to the side that defeated Brighton in the previous Premier League game.

Dean Henderson returns in goal, reaffirming his new role as number one at Old Trafford as David de Gea drops to the bench after a midweek clean sheet.

Solskjaer has opted for his first-choice back four with Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire resuming their partnership and Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw on the flanks.

Scott McTominay retains his place and is joined by Fred in the midfield axis.

Paul Pogba appears to be starting in a front three alongside Marcus Rashford and the returning Edinson Cavani.

Man Utd XI vs Tottenham: Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, Fernandes, Pogba, Rashford, Cavani.
