Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has hailed his team-mate’s performance during their 2-0 win against rivals Man City on Sunday.
An early spot-kick, which Fernandes successfully converted was then doubled by left-back Luke Shaw later in the second half.
United’s brilliant bookie-bashing performance has not only gifted the Red Devils a huge boost heading into the season’s final stages, it has also ended their arch-rivals’ remarkable 21 game-winning run.
Speaking after the game, Fernandes took the time to label the side’s performance as ‘almost perfect’ but didn’t forget to issue a reminder that this level of form needs to continue until the end of the campaign.
Elite mentality, as always from the ‘Portuguese Magnifico’.
🗣”Today we did almost everything perfect”
