Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has issued a rallying cry to his young Red Devils ahead of their important Premier League clash against Chelsea.
United come into Sunday afternoon’s domestic match in decent form having won four of their last seven games.
Elsewhere, new manager Thomas Tuchel has yet to be beaten as Chelsea manager as the German continues in his quest to secure Champions League football next season.
Speaking ahead of the match, which sees United name a strong starting 11, Solskjaer has suggested that despite playing an in-form Chelsea side, anything less than all three points will not be good enough.
“We need to go here and play a good game,” Solskjaer said. “Hopefully get the three points.
“We want to, of course, close the gap to the top and we know Chelsea are behind us, but if you think about the result you get your focus on somewhere else.
“So we need to perform how we want us to perform.”
