West Ham have drawn level against Manchester City in Saturday’s early Premier League fixture and Manchester United loanee Jesse Lingard was involved yet again.
Lingard has made a superb impact under David Moyes since joining on loan in January and his shot set up Michail Antonio to score a deserved equaliser at the Etihad.
It’s the first goal City have conceded on home soil since December 15 and the fourth placed Hammers are right back in it against Pep Guardiola’s side.
Just before half-time, City lost possession in midfield and West Ham capitalised by breaking at pace.
The ball was fed wide to right-back Vladimír Coufal and his cross found Lingard who’s effort was tapped home by a delighted Antonio.
