Anthony Martial was caught on camera as he forgot to take a knee before Manchester United’s Premier League clash against Everton kicked off.
As the referee blew his whistle, Martial completely forgot this initial sound marks the moment where players now take a knee to show their disapproval for racism.
We could try explain this by putting it down to the fact this was Martial’s first league match after a 3-game suspension after getting sent off against Tottenham in United’s 6-1 defeat last month.
Instead of dropping on one knee, the France International raced off before realising his blunder before going back into his half to take a knee.
The striker was spotted laughing at his mistake.
