Manchester United’s Anthony Elanga came so close to scoring an absolutely wonder goal just shy of the break in the Reds’ hotly contested FA Cup Youth semi-final against Chelsea.
Elanga, 18, who operates mostly as an inside left forward and as a striker has already been directly involved in four goals (two assists, two goals) from six appearances in all competitions for United’s youth side.
However, the young attacker just came agonisingly close to getting his third of the campaign and what a goal it would have been.
The Swedish forward juggled the ball before unleashing an almost perfect overhead kick with the teenager desperately unlucky not to have opened the scoring.
