Amad Diallo became a Manchester United player on deadline day but has to wait until January for his move to go through, as a work permit was required.
In the mean time, he is biding his time at Atalanta. He hasn’t been getting much football and has a relatively small/low profile so we don’t hear very much about him from one week to the next.
However, Diallo is still involved with Atalanta’s match day preparations as they gear up for another night in the Champions League, with a home clash against Ajax scheduled for tonight (8pm).

But he has not made a matchday squad since his move to United, so we are unsure whether to expect a cameo or not tonight. Probably not…
It’s not ideal that Diallo is completely out of the picture at Atalanta. We would much prefer if he was at United getting minutes (U23s or first team).
