Manchester United’s XI to face Chelsea appears to have been leaked on Twitter.
Jonathan Shrager, a United fan with a tremendous track record at getting team news early on matchday, has been told on ‘good authority’ that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will select the same XI as last weekend’s at Newcastle.
After missing Tuesday night’s win over Ligue 1 champions PSG, Harry Maguire is set to return to the line-up as captain, a role fulfilled by Bruno Fernandes in his absence.
Shrager claims the XI today will be as follows: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, Mata, Fernandes, James, Rashford.
His sources are known to be very strong, and we’ve worked closely with Shrager in the past via Stretty News TV and can recommend him as someone with information which carries weight.
It looks like a flat back four with Edinson Cavani expected to be named on the bench.
There’s no room for new signings Alex Telles or Donny van de Beek. The Brazilian full-back displayed a number of brilliant crosses against PSG and you’d feel Van de Beek would be better suited to the above team than Juan Mata?
Anyhow, let’s hope we can cause trouble for Chelsea at the back.
