Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford has written his name in United folklore in Paris for the second time in as many years after his 87th-minute winner gifted his side all three-points in tonight’s Champions League group game against Paris-Saint Germain.
The United attacker had been having a quiet night after a performance which until the last few minutes was perhaps going under the radar.
However, the young Englishman took his chance late-on in tonight’s important Group H match against last season’s finalists as he fired the ball past Kaylor Nevas and into the corner of the Paris-Saint Germain net.
2-1 United. Game over.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s young Reds are off to a flying start in this season’s illustrious Champions League campaign.
