Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata was at his technical best during the Reds’ impressive 4-1 win over Newcastle United last night with the Spaniard asked to occupy the right-side of his team’s attacks.
Mata put in a simply superb performance from start to finish last night and remained a constant source of threat throughout.
The Spanish midfielder proved not only an attacking threat but also showcased some wonderful technical passing to set his team-mates up.
Arguably one of the passes of the match came from United’s 32-year-old midfielder who played a pinpoint through-ball to Rashford in the 66th-minute which carved the Magpie’s defence wide-open.
