Alex Telles and Edinson Cavani are on the verge of joining Manchester United.
Prior to Sunday’s 6-1 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford, the Manchester Evening News ran an exclusive suggesting that the club has medicals scheduled for duo Cavani and Telles.
Telles, 27, has been linked with a move to United for the past month and reputable journalist Fabrizio Romano says an announcement is due tomorrow on transfer deadline. He reports the same as far as Cavani is concerned which means we’ll have at least two deadline day arrivals tomorrow.
However, more information on the Brazilian’s future has come to light.
Telles will sign a contract until June 2025, with Romano claiming to have had that information confirmed.

After losing in such a way to Spurs and sitting idle for much of the summer, it’s disheartening to see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer talk as though his hands are tied.
If he talks out of turn he’ll get fired.
