Manchester United made it 15 matches unbeaten in all competitions in June (last season) with a 3-0 win away to Brighton. This afternoon Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side travel to the Amex Stadium hoping to win their first game of the season after losing their Premier League opening match against Crystal Palace last weekend.
Since the last time these two sides met Manchester United have added Netherlands international Donny van de Beek to the squad. Joel Veltman, one of Brighton’s arrivals this summer, is also a Dutch international and a former Ajax teammate of Van de Beek.
Check out our match preview and predicted line-up.
As the players prepare for Saturday’s early kick off in the Premier League, United’s social media team reminded us of three brilliant goals scored by Mason Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes from our most recent visit to the Amex, earlier this year.

United hurt Brighton with their direct wing play, which you can see below as Greenwood cuts in from the right flank to score the opener.
Fernandes took a ball from the same flank before beating Brighton’s goalkeeper from distance. For his second and United’s third, the Portugal international volleyed home a cross from Marcus Rashford.
Three quality goals but I will take any kind of goals today so long as we win the match.
