Manchester United are set to face Championship side Luton Town in tonight’s Carabao Cup Third Round tie.
After a crushing 3-1 defeat last weekend in their Premier League opener against Crystal Palace, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be keen to get back to winning ways tonight.
The Norwegian has made 10 changes from the side who started against Crystal Palace with new signing Donny van de Beek set to make his first ever start for the club.
van de Beek was arguably the single positive for fans to take-away from Saturday’s game after a debut goal offered at least a consolation for an otherwise abysmal performance.
Club captain Harry Maguire finds himself being the single unchanged starting personnel with an otherwise all changed defensive back-line including keeper Dean Henderson who makes his senior debut for the Reds.
Elsewhere defensive rock Aaron Wan-Bissaka reclaims his starting place in favour of Timothy Fosu-Mensah who started ahead of the talented Englishman on the weekend due to fitness concerns.
In light of tonight’s confirmed line-up, pockets of United fans have reacted to a starting team which they hope can fire the Reds into the cup’s Fourth Round.

Mata wasted his prime joining United. Man was winning trophies & awards at Chelsea. Here at United he’s never had proper run of games at no.10 & always played out of position. Still one of our creative players when used effectively. #MUFC
