Donny van de Beek will not face his former club Ajax in the group stages of the Champions League.
Earlier today the first two pots were revealed ahead of the draw on October 1.
Manchester United were drawn into pot 2 along with Ajax.

Being back in the Champions League has brought extra excitement to our season. It’s a real shame that fans haven’t been allowed back into games yet, but hopefully that changes by the time the CL kicks off.
You’d miss the Champions League anthem at Old Trafford and trying to take positives from the second-rate Europa League is hard work.
If I was to pick one team from pot 1 it would be FC Porto. Not too far a trip and one of the easiest opponents in the pot.
Drawing last year’s champions Bayern Munich would offer us a daunting task, but you need experiences like that to build a successful team and that is what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is trying to do.
