Andreas Pereira came on from the bench last night against LASK and there will be people asking if he has a future at Manchester United with competition for places in midfield at Old Trafford improving since the January arrival of Bruno Fernandes.
As a result the Brazil international has fallen down Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s pecking order.
When he gets on the pitch now he needs to impress the manager.
And I wouldn’t be surprised if last night’s 2-1 win over LASK was his final performance for the Reds.
At least it gave us a moment to remember as Pereira played a perfect reverse pass to split the LASK defence and create a goalscoring opportunity.
