Manchester United have fallen behind against Bournemouth in the crucial Premier League fixture at Old Trafford.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side appeared in complete control in the opening exchanges, but conceded a very preventable goal on the break to make this afternoon’s job much harder.
Bournemouth forward Junior Stanislas beat Harry Maguire far too easily in the box before curling home from an improbable angle.
Surely David De Gea has to be at fault for being beaten so easily at the near post. The Spaniard got his angles all wrong and was left embarrassed as the Cherries took a shock-lead.
United now have work to do to avoid blowing a wonderful chance to put pressure on their top four rivals.
