Manchester United are reportedly prepared to give Alexis Sanchez another chance this summer.
According to ESPN, Sanchez, currently on a season-long loan at Inter Milan, has been told he is wanted back at Carrington for pre-season training in July.
The 31-year-old has made just one Serie A start this season, scoring one goal in six appearances in all competitions.
Sanchez was ruled out for two months in October with a dislocated ankle and tendon damage, only just making his return to first-team action.

It is claimed that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been told that it is most likely that he will have to include the Chilean international in his plans for next season.
As per the report, Sanchez is on a ridiculous £500,000 per-week contract that runs until 2022 after joining from Arsenal in January 2018.
This once again exemplifies the foolishness of the United board to offer a declining player such a staggering contract.
Realistically, Sanchez will have to be in Solskjaer’s plans whether he likes it or not as no club would be prepared to pay close to the wages he earns at United.
What was more remarkable is that there was no option inserted into his contract to recall Sanchez back from his loan.
While Sanchez was a dramatic flop at Old Trafford, Solskjaer is bereft of attacking options with Marcus Rashford’s injury accentuating the need for additions.
But surely Sanchez would have been considered for recall this month as it looks like there will be a failure to get any business done in the transfer market.
