Man City take the lead at Old Trafford with Bernardo Silva scoring the opening goal in tonight’s Carabao Cup semi-final first leg.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men started well with plenty of intent but David de Gea was unable to prevent a screamer from Silva.
It could be argued that the Portuguese playmaker should have been closed down sooner, but the quality of the strike would have required a wonder save from the goalkeeper to prevent.
Sadly he was getting nowhere near it.

The goal was completely against the run of play.

City are likely to dominate possession and increase the amount of tactical fouls they usually commit whenever we get a sniff of the ball…
