Amazon Prime announce commentators & pundits ahead of Man Utd v Tottenham game

Former Man Utd players Peter Schmeichel, Michael Owen and Owen Hargreaves are among the pundits announced by Amazon Prime, as per Manchester Evening News.

Amazon Prime are showing two full rounds of Premier League fixtures, including Manchester United vs Tottenham on Tuesday 4th December.

Others joining the Amazon Prime panel include Alan Shearer, Dion Dublin, Robbie Savage, Ally McCoist, Jermaine Jenas, Lee Dixon, Peter Crouch and Roberto Martinez.

Amazon have also acquired Clive Tyldsley for commentary, who you’ll remember from when ITV had Champions League coverage. He’ll be supported by Jon Champion and Ian Darke.

Presenters will include Gabby Logan, Eilidh Barbour, Jim Rosenthal or Steve Bower.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the future holds for the likes of Sky Sports and BT Sport with these subscription based services coming in with lots of money.
